Biography
For more than 15 years, Jean-Claude Amighetti has shared his expertise with organisations committed to continuous improvement. Certified in Lean Management, he works with companies, public institutions and training centres in both Belgium and France.
Combining Lean Management, Six Sigma and professional coaching, he has developed an approach that balances methodological rigour with careful attention to human dynamics. He draws on both DMAIC tools and the power of teamwork to build practical, sustainable transformations.
As an experienced trainer, Jean-Claude designs and delivers certification programmes using active, real-world learning methods. He also contributes to applied research projects focusing on organisational performance and evolving management practices.

Biography
Habib Attaoui is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified to ISO 18404 by the Royal Statistical Society, as well as a professional coach certified by CIC and France Compétences. An engineer by training, he brings more than 40 years of experience to organisations seeking sustainable improvement and meaningful transformation.
Throughout his career, he has supported hundreds of managers, experts and operational teams in developing their skills through Lean Six Sigma programmes ranging from Yellow Belt to Master Black Belt.
His conviction is that successful transformations cannot simply be imposed—they must be built with the people who bring them to life every day. Through consulting, training and coaching, he helps teams and leaders develop their capabilities, clarify the purpose behind their actions and turn challenges into opportunities for lasting improvement.

With degrees in thermal engineering and mechanical engineering, I spent 25 years in the energy industry—primarily Oil & Gas—in France and internationally before moving into consulting and training five years ago. Throughout my career, I have supported micro-enterprises, SMEs and mid-sized companies across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing—energy, luxury goods, automotive and food processing—and services such as health and social care, lobbying and insurance. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I now bring more than 30 years of industrial and management expertise to help organisations achieve rapid and sustainable progress.
From Lean Management to Six Sigma Black Belt, every programme we offer is built around a structured approach to continuous improvement. A results-driven senior consultant and trainer with nearly 15 years of experience in operational performance management, with a strong focus on translating strategy into operational reality.
I firmly believe that operational performance, process management and a clear organisational structure are essential levers for building a sound and sustainable competitive advantage. This can only be achieved through a high level of employee engagement. Our role is to help people consistently deliver quality and performance—the foundation of continuous improvement.

TAREA Simon
Biography
As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trainer and coach, I spent more than ten years in consulting, including five years deploying Lean across service supply chains in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2020, I have focused exclusively on training and coaching, with one clear priority: placing people at the heart of performance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from UCL, a Master’s degree in Management from IAG–UCL, and a professional coaching qualification from BAO. I have trained more than 1,000 people and coached over 100 managers, executives and entrepreneurs. My approach combines engaging teaching methods with practical tools, grounded in the belief that lasting transformation can only be achieved through genuine individual engagement.
Passionate about learning, I was also runner-up in the 2019 French Mind Mapping Championship and specialise in productivity, concentration and effective learning. These skills enable me to help demanding, highly sensitive and multipotential individuals gain clarity, efficiency and energy, while combining professional performance with personal balance.
