Biography

With degrees in thermal engineering and mechanical engineering, I spent 25 years in the energy industry—primarily Oil & Gas—in France and internationally before moving into consulting and training five years ago. Throughout my career, I have supported micro-enterprises, SMEs and mid-sized companies across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing—energy, luxury goods, automotive and food processing—and services such as health and social care, lobbying and insurance. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I now bring more than 30 years of industrial and management expertise to help organisations achieve rapid and sustainable progress.

From Lean Management to Six Sigma Black Belt, every programme we offer is built around a structured approach to continuous improvement. Participants gain practical tools, a rigorous methodology and a results-driven mindset. Our training courses combine real-world case studies, practical exercises and active learning methods to embed skills through application and empower each participant to become a key contributor to transformation.
